Two posts in one week? You guys are SO lucky.
Wait.. that's not right. Anyone else's sense of day/time/date been totally destroyed by the jubilee?

Today, we're going to speak about cinnamon. Delicious, creamy, yellow cinnamon. Wait, that's butter. Yup...
Has anyone seen all those videos about the cinnamon challenge? They make me LOL. Especially this one by that random chick Glozell.
Was that not the most hilarious thing ever? YES.
So, according to Glozell, cinnamon is obviously really good for you. So today's recipe will include it in order to cancel out ALL THE SUGAR.
Now by my logic, things that are good for you cancel out things that are bad for you. Cinnamon = good, sugar = bad. Cinnamon + Sugar = Delicious.
Perfect.
My logic is flawless.
Cinnamon French Toast
3 slices of Crusty Bread
2 Eggs, whisked
2/3 cup Milk
1 tbsp Butter
1-3 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp Sugar
Syrup or Sugar for sprinkling on top
1. Preheat the frying pan and melt the butter in it.
2. Mix the eggs, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Dip the bread into the bowl and make sure it's coated both sides. Place on the frying pan and cook for a couple of minutes, flipping over to fry each side.
3. If you're looking to gain about 10-20 lbs in weight, then you can place a knob of butter on each slice, sprinkle some extra cinnamon, and then coat with syrup.
4. Now go attempt the Cinnamon challenge and let me know how you get on.

Mmm, this looks delicious! I can never get enough cinnamon in my diet.
