I'd be able to go to the bar and not have to ask "What's cheap?"

I'd be able to buy the expensive chocolate and not have to worry about feeding myself next week.

I could buy one of those MASSIVE jars of Nutella that you see in crêperies. Then shove my face directly into it.

What have I learned.. Hrmm..

1. No matter what you do, photos taken on an iPhone will never look delicious.

2. No matter how poor you are, always buy the expensive chocolate.

3. Chocolate flavoured cake covering does not cope well at high temperatures.

4. Becoming teetotal will cause headaches, poor vision and extreme tiredness.

5. These cookies would have been so much better with some Grand Marnier in them..

6. Keyboard Cat makes all problems irrelevant.

So the other week, whilst complaining about how fat I am, one of my mates insisted that I come along with her to Zumba. Now, I appreciate that I am slightly "effeminate", (only slightly. keep your jokes to yourself.) but I was drawing the line at going to Zumba classes.

For those that don't know, Zumba is when women get together to shake their bootays and jump about the place in order to try to ~~dance off their extra oestrogen~~ lose weight.

I finally caved and decided to go along. I was thinking "I've done salsa before and that's easy, how much of a workout can Zumba really be?

Right so, I spend an unhealthy amount of time eating food. Unfortunately, I spend an even larger amount of time preparing food. I am now taking applications for people to be my personal chef. There's no salary exactly but think how fulfilling it would be to devote your life to feeding me delicious things? No? It was worth a try..

Anyway, all this time spent baking/cooking, I thought why not start to record it all in the hopes of inspiring others to learn and bake delicious treats. Therefore resulting in more delicious treats in the world. I'm like a hero really, making the world a better place one delicious treat at a time..
