Better make a start..

Right so, I spend an unhealthy amount of time eating food. Unfortunately, I spend an even larger amount of time preparing food. I am now taking applications for people to be my personal chef. There's no salary exactly but think how fulfilling it would be to devote your life to feeding me delicious things? No? It was worth a try..

Anyway, all this time spent baking/cooking, I thought why not start to record it all in the hopes of inspiring others to learn and bake delicious treats. Therefore resulting in more delicious treats in the world. I'm like a hero really, making the world a better place one delicious treat at a time..

Here's our yummy food itinerary:

Cookie Popcorn Cake (just trust me)
White Chocolate Mint Biscuits
Mint Chocolate Cupcakes
Irish Soda Bread
Sacher Torte (Lucy Torte)
Mammy's Apple Pie

The above is an average meal but I'm gonna space it out over a couple of weeks. I figured I better ease you guys in slowly right? Don't worry about calories, it's all fat-free, gluten-free, calorie-free, sugar-free, wheat-free and guilt-free.*
